1/ Recently, we reported how South Korea 🇰🇷 had ordered the country's top 5 #crypto exchanges to delist and classify tokens that are securities.
However, at that time, it did not clarify what constitutes security & what doesn't!
The South Korean SFC 🇰🇷 has instructed 5 major #crypto exchanges to delist and classify digital assets that are similar to securities.
It seeks to restructure how fractional investment items and security tokens are issued and distributed.
